Environex produces ozone destruction catalysts for a wide range of applications, from medical equipment to aerospace, on a variety of substrate materials, from metals to polyurethane foams, which are available in customizable geometric configurations. We have the technological know-how and experience to affix CARULITE® 400 catalyst onto surfaces to make catalysts with high ozone destruction capability and durability. CARULITE® 400 is a well-documented ozone destruction catalyst powder from the Carus Corporation.

Ozone (O3) is used in a variety of industrial applications, including municipal drinking water systems and air purification systems. Effective 12/28/2015, the EPA revised the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone to 0.070 ppm (70 ppb). Environex provides solutions to meet these new regulatory limits.

Product Catalog

CARULITE® 400 catalyst may be coated onto metal monoliths, ceramic honeycombs, polyethylene foams, polyurethane foams, and metal foams. The catalyst operates at high levels of performance over a wide range of inlet O3 and high space velocities, as shown in the image below.
